Pursuant to the provisions in the Constitution of Kenya 2010, County Government Act 2012 and Public Finance Management Act 2012 requiring openness and accountability, the County Government of Narok hereby invites all stakeholders including institutions, private sector non-governmental organizations and individuals, to submit proposals on economic policy measures including county revenue enhancement strategies, for consideration in the preparation of Narok County Fiscal Strategy Paper (CFSP 2020) and Finance Bill 2020. To facilitate timely consultation and adequate considerations, your proposals should be delivered in hard copies to Narok County Treasury so-as-to reach the undersigned not later than 13th February 2020. Soft copies should be delivered through our email: The stakeholders are advised to align their proposals with development priorities set in the implementation of Narok County Integrated Development Plan (CIDP 2018-2022). Please ensure that the proposals are in harmony with the "Big Four" Plan and the aspirations in Kenya Vision 2030. Further, the submission should be specific on the proposed amendments and supported by a statement on the issues to be addressed and should provide a clear justification for the proposals. All stakeholders are also invited to attend public participation fora on 12th and 13th February 2020 at various venues as shown in the detailed advert below

Kindly note that for purpose of adequate preparation for the exercise, the soft copies of the draft Sector Proposals and Finance Bill can be downloaded from the county website while hard copies of the same are accessible at the office of the undersigned upon request.
