Governor Patrick Ole Ntutu has called upon the residents of Mosiro ward to use their title deeds productively during a Title Deeds Issuance Ceremony held at Oloosokon, in Mosiro Ward, Narok East Sub county.
The ceremony was graced by the Cabinet Secretary for Lands, Public Works, Housing, and Urban Development, Hon. Alice Wahome, alongside the Principal Secretary for the State Department of Lands and Physical Planning, Mr. Nickson Korir, the County Commissioner,Mr. Reuben Lotiatia and his Security Team and the County Executive Committee Member for Lands, Vivian Sereti. A total of 1,348 residents of Mosiro Ward received their title deeds during the event.
“This distribution exercise represents a significant milestone for the people of Mosiro, many of whom have long been unable to afford the costs associated with acquiring title deeds. By centralizing the collection of all titles at Oloosokon, residents are now able to obtain their titles without incurring additional expenses,” Said Governor Ntutu.
The Governor reaffirmed his commitment of fully equipping the maternity facility in the area for improved healthcare services for members of the community.
